Branding a Modernist building Identity and promotional materials for 777 Main, a luxury residential development in what was once a mid-century Modern office building in Hartford, Connecticut.
We took the building’s aesthetic and turned it into a brand.
Built in 1967, 777 Main (originally known as the Hartford National Bank and Trust Building) is a noteworthy example of mid-century Modern architecture. Designed by Welton Becket, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
We rebranded the building, honoring its Modernist heritage. Naturally, cocktails played a part in this.
Large-scale graphics identify the sales office.
Oh, yes: We developed a drink recipe as well. (Helpful when it comes to closing sales.)
