Presenting the future of health and medicine
TEDMED is the annual gathering of technological, educational, and creative leaders focusing on the future of health and medicine. It’s an inspired and inspiring program of talks, learning, interaction, music, laughs, and mind-blowing revelations.
For the past four years
we’ve been a part of the communication team responsible for establishing the visual approach of the conference.
A centerpiece of the initiative is the program journal, a document featuring illustrations and biographies of each year’s speakers. The conceptual approach is carried out through the design of environmental graphics and signage.
One year we used I.V. stand structures for the conference wayfinding program.
Here’s a nice piece from the Felt & Wire design blog, talking a bit more about the program journal and artist Hanoch Piven’s illustrations for the 2012 program.
