Designing for a better (food) future We developed the menu and visual identity program for chef Dan Barber’s groundbreaking Blue Hill at Stone Barns, recipient of the 2013 James Beard Award for America’s Most Outstanding Restaurant.
The identity program features an illustrated cow and makes use of simple materials.
The resourcED initiative was developed to respond to the COVID-related challenges posed to the Blue Hill farming and restaurant community.
Individual food boxes are assembled for customer pickup.
